Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Decorative items must be returned undamaged
• The item must be in its original packaging

Custom or sale items are non-refundable, unless damaged upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.
