WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom or sale items are non-refundable unless damaged.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND?
Contact us at info@shoufshouf.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
